1. What Prozpera Is

Prozpera is a Software as a Service (SaaS) platform that enables individuals, creators and businesses to automatically create, schedule and publish content across multiple social media platforms. The platform uses artificial intelligence to generate content, manage posting schedules and track performance on behalf of connected accounts.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use Prozpera. By creating an account, you confirm you have the legal capacity to enter this agreement and that all information you provide is accurate. Prozpera is for personal and commercial use by legitimate businesses, creators and individuals.

3. Account Creation and Security

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised access at security@getprozpera.com. We recommend enabling two-factor authentication.

4. Connected Social Media Accounts and Websites

When you connect your social media accounts to Prozpera, you authorise us to create, schedule and publish content on your behalf to those accounts. You retain full ownership of your connected accounts. You can disconnect any account at any time from your Prozpera dashboard. You remain responsible for all content published through our platform.

The same applies when you connect your own website (for example, a WordPress, Shopify, Ghost, or Webflow site) so Prozpera can publish blog posts to it on your behalf. You generate and control the credential used for this connection yourself, on your own website, and you grant Prozpera only the specific permission to publish posts through it. You retain full ownership and control of your website at all times, and you remain solely responsible for its hosting, security, and any content published to it through Prozpera. You can disconnect your website from Prozpera at any time from your dashboard.

5. Content Standards — Prohibited Use

You agree NOT to use Prozpera to create, schedule or publish content that:

• Is sexually explicit, obscene or pornographic
• Constitutes hate speech targeting any individual, group or characteristic
• Promotes or facilitates illegal activities, products or services
• Is deliberately misleading, fraudulent or deceptive
• Violates the terms of service of any connected social media platform
• Contains spam, unsolicited messages or automated manipulation
• Infringes the intellectual property rights of any third party
• Facilitates harassment, stalking or threats against individuals
• Promotes political extremism or violence

Violation of these standards will result in immediate account suspension. We reserve the right to remove access without notice for clear violations.

6. Intellectual Property

Content you create using Prozpera remains your intellectual property. You grant us a limited licence to process, store and transmit your content solely for the purpose of providing the service. The Prozpera platform, its features, design, logo, trademarks and underlying technology are the exclusive intellectual property of Prozpera Times Limited.

7. AI-Generated Content

Prozpera uses artificial intelligence to generate content on your behalf. You are responsible for reviewing and approving AI-generated content before publication. You acknowledge that AI-generated content may occasionally be inaccurate, incomplete or require editing. Prozpera Times Limited is not liable for consequences arising from AI-generated content published through our platform.

8. Subscription and Payment

Prozpera is offered on a subscription basis. A 5-day free trial is available on all plans. Your payment card is required at signup but will not be charged during the trial period. If you do not cancel before the end of your trial, your subscription will begin automatically. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled. All fees are shown in USD and charged in your local currency through Paystack or Flutterwave.

9. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You retain full access until the period you have paid for expires. We do not provide refunds for unused subscription time except as described in our Refund Policy.

10. Limitation of Liability

Prozpera Times Limited is not liable for: interruptions to social media platform APIs outside our control; content that violates platform policies of connected social networks; loss of business, revenue or data; indirect or consequential damages of any kind. Our total liability to you will not exceed the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding any claim.

11. Service Availability

We aim to maintain high platform availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We perform maintenance that may temporarily affect service and will provide reasonable notice where possible.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms. We will notify you of material changes by email and through the platform. Continued use after changes are posted constitutes acceptance.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Nigeria.
